You

Are now entering your seventh month of pregnancy. Try to keep exercising, even if it is just a gentle stroll each lunch time.

Your Baby

Your baby is about 33cm in length. Your baby’s movements will be a lot stronger now as the bones in it’s arms and legs are getting stronger.

Think About

Cravings. If you are getting cravings the reason could be your diet. Make sure that you are eating a well balanced diet and drinking plenty of water each day. See our healthy, easy to make pregnancy recipes.
