You

Your waist may be thickening up a bit, try not to jump into maternity clothes too early as they will be uncomfortable if they are too big.

Your Baby

Is starting to move about, although you will not be able to feel it at this stage. The eyes, mouth and tongue are starting to form.

Think About

Start to do your pelvic floor exercises every day, these can be done any where and at any time. See our section on Pelvic Floor Muscles for more information.
